Promoting education and training - Ensuring continuity

Just as it is in the sporting world, only a well- trained and motivated team will have what it takes to become top performers. For this reason Armstrong DLW GmbH has for many years committed itself to the ongoing training of its people. In the past years for example 40 trainees were trained on an average. After completion of initial training we take care that ongoing education is not neglected by offering our employees additional training programmes. For example regular training and interaction between Quality Assessment and Environment Management teams makes sure that our employees are engaged in constant dialogue in the pursuit of new technologies.
